There are several beautiful ways to experience and enjoy my guided meditations, allowing you to choose the style of connection and support that feels right for you.

Live Guided Meditation Classes
I regularly offer welcoming meditation classes that can be attended:
In person
Via Zoom from the comfort of your own home
These gentle 60-minute sessions are perfect for both beginners and experienced meditators alike. Many people find meditating within a group setting far easier and more supportive than trying to meditate alone, as the shared energy naturally helps the mind and body relax more deeply.
Each session begins with grounding and anchoring into the present moment, allowing you to gently settle, reconnect with yourself, and let the outside world drift away.
My meditations are guided visualisations that flow intuitively from a chosen theme or energy. Rather than following a rigid script, each meditation unfolds organically through the visuals, feelings, messages, and energetic impressions I receive in the moment. Drawing on my Celtic roots, intuition, and spiritual connection, I gently guide you through calming inner landscapes of healing, self-discovery, and relaxation. In irish we would call this seanchaí – a storyteller, I can definitely relate to that when I am holding meditative space.
Themes often include: 🌿 Chakra healing and balancing 🌿 Exploring the healing magick of nature 🌿 Connecting with the subtle energetic bodies beyond the physical self 🌿 Relaxation, grounding, and energetic renewal 🌿 Spiritual awareness and inner connection
Aside from my voice, our meditations are held in peaceful silence, allowing nature itself to become part of the experience. Soft rain, fresh air, warm streams of sunlight, rustling leaves, and birdsong frequently seem to weave effortlessly through the meditation — almost as though nature is guiding the journey alongside us.

Monthly Meditation Membership — $33 per month
For those wishing to deepen their practice and receive ongoing support, a monthly membership is also available.
