When recording this,  I felt the pull to immerse us in Angel energies, specifically Archangels. In our meditation we work with Archangel Chamuel. When I was reading and researching the Archangels, his energy was just so beautiful and so perfect for us, it was enough.This meditation has a focus on healing and topping up our energies of love, comfort and support. Instead of a ‘doing’ meditation, this one is all about ‘receiving’. Have the intention to open up to being supported. It’s a powerful reminder also to reach out and ask for help with everything in your life.
