Making Space for Spring – The Weight We Carry An ERT Workshop for Release, Renewal & New Beginnings As winter begins to soften and we move towards spring, nature reminds us that new growth needs space. And perhaps we do too. We all carry things — worries, responsibilities, old stories, grief, resentment, fear, expectations and sometimes even emotions that were never ours to carry in the first place. Some of these things have been with us for so long that we hardly notice their weight anymore. This workshop invites you to pause and gently explore what you may be ready to put down. Through Emotional Release Technique (ERT), we’ll explore emotional patterns that may be keeping us stuck in old ways of being, with a focus on releasing what no longer feels aligned with where we are now and creating space for what we’re ready to welcome into our lives. Together, we’ll explore: 🌿 What are you ready to put down? 🌿 What are you ready to leave behind? 🌿 And what would you love to make room for? Our session will include gentle ERT work, guided reflection, journalling and a beautiful meditation designed to support the process of release and renewal. We’ll move through themes of letting go, fear, unresolved feelings and the emotional weight we can carry through life — before turning our attention towards what we would like to nurture as we move into a new season. There is no need to have everything figured out. You don't need to know exactly what you're ready to release, either. Simply come as you are, with curiosity and an openness to explore. We'll finish with a gentle spring-inspired ritual, creating a symbolic seed for something you would love to cultivate in the season ahead. You don't have to carry everything into the next season.
