Sigils are a beautiful and fun way to work with your everyday magick. They can add power to your intention so they are great for goal setting, affirmations, creating abundance, good health and fortune. Once you understand the basics of how to craft them, you will find that you want to turn everything into a sigil. I also love that the true meaning of the completed sigil is yours to reveal or keep to yourself. Your wording, your thoughts and intentions in one neat beautiful package that’s only obvious to you ! The term Sigil is thought to derive from the latin sigilum meaning ‘seal’. A Sigil is a magickal design or symbol often representing a word or a concept. It is a focal point for visual stimulus, it represents a specific goal, desire or ambition that you’d like to bring into your real life. Sigils give a concrete form to an idea, and help to focus all of the power of your unconscious mind on making that idea a reality. In this workshop my aim is to teach you : * how to take your word, sentence or idea and turn it into a sigil * how to use magickal squares * how to use the energy of astrology to give more power to your sigils * how to draft up the image, including the do’s and don’t’s * when and where to use them in your everyday magick My aim is for you to leave the workshop feeling confident in the basics of sigil crafting techniques. I arrived in Australia as an adult and have lived in Australia most of my adult life. I follow a celtic wiccan path based on my own cultural traditions. I have been been teaching wicca for seven years. My students are local, interstate and in recent years I have been teaching American students.
